Systems built

What this means for you

The building blocks are always the same - member management, order processing, stock, contact history, invoicing. What differs is the combination. A metalwork shop needs bills of materials and a web shop, a club needs office-based permissions and a cash book. Both from the same foundation, neither dragging the other along.

The public website and the administration behind it are one system. Whatever is maintained in the office is online immediately - no export, no second tool, no double entry.

Member portals
Fees, events, minutes, documents - for clubs that want their work in one place.
Business ERP
Orders, materials, stock, open items. For businesses that build to order rather than in series.
CRM
Enquiries, history, follow-ups - from first contact to closing.
Process

How a project runs

Four steps, in this order. After the second you know what it costs - building starts only after that.

  1. 01

    Conversation

We look at how you work today and where time is being lost.

  2. 02

    Quote

A clear scope and the price - one-off to buy, or monthly to rent.

  3. 03

    Build

Implementation in short steps; you watch progress on the running system.

  4. 04

    Operation

Hosting, updates and support by subscription. Your data stays in Germany.

Pricing

What a project costs

That depends on what needs managing. A member portal for a club is a different thing from an ERP with shop and production. So there is no price list here, but a conversation and then a quote - to buy or to rent, whichever fits better.

Purchase

One-off, by scope. You get a fixed price before anything is built - afterwards the system is yours.

Rental

Monthly instead of one-off, no upfront investment. Switch to purchase at any time; payments made are credited.

Operation and maintenance

Hosting on servers in Germany, updates, backups and support. Included with rental, monthly with purchase.

Extensions

Building blocks added later are agreed individually - no package upgrade.

Let's talk about it

Briefly describe what needs managing. You will get an honest assessment - even if an off-the-shelf product would be cheaper.
