What it does
You fill in a form, and the same operation produces two things: the sheet on your letterhead and the machine-readable record to EN 16931, embedded as PDF/A-3B. One file, two readers.
What it deliberately does not do
It does not read finished PDFs. Half the market does exactly that, and that is where the errors come from: what is extracted is a guess about a picture.
